Payment Options
RA Safaris/expeditions does not cancel an already booked and confirmed safari unless for reasons beyond control. Once you have paid 40% of the total price as a confirmation of your program, you are sure to taking-off.
After accepting the quotation and booking conditions, RA Safaris will send an invoice with our bank details which you should use to transfer the money. We accept bank wire transfers and online payments using credit cards. Remember in any case our bank account name is our Company name, RA SAFARIS LIMITED OR RA EXPEDITIONS LIMITED (new entity taking over all operations).
Important Note:
Please do not accept any invoice that does not originate from our official email (AND NOTE THAT OUR BENEFICIARY NAME IS “RA EXPEDITIONS LIMITED” OUR BANKS ARE ABSA BANK TANZANIA LIMITED, and AZANIA BANK LIMITED). THERE ARE LOTS OF SCAMS/FRAUD TODAY SO NEVER SEND EVEN A COIN TO AN INDIVIDUAL OR A PERSON WHO CLAIMS TO BE WORKING WITH RA SAFARIS LIMITED OR RA SAFARIS. OUR INVOICES WILL ALWAYS BEAR OUR BENEFICIARY NAME (RA EXPEDITIONS LIMITED) AND BANKS SHOWN HERE. After payments, send us a copy of the wire transfer and we will send you a receipt when we have confirmed the transaction. We could either send you a receipt of your deposit or send you a receipt when you have done full payment. It depends on your wish.
